After all that controversy surrounding Verizon's decision to block Google Wallet from Samsung's Galaxy Nexus, it looks like the app has finally snuck its way on the device.

Droid Life first noticed that Google Wallet is now available for the global model of the Galaxy Nexus as long as you're using it over AT&T. (Sorry T-Mobile users!)

You can download it here.

The global model of the Galaxy Nexus isn't the same as the one you'll find in Verizon stores. It's only sold overseas right now, but you can buy it unlocked from several online retailers for full price. (Usually around $750.)

But Verizon Galaxy Nexus owners aren't out of luck. Droid Life also discovered a method to get Google Wallet on the phone without hacking it to pieces. All you have to do is visit the Android Market in your phone's web browser and download the app from there.
